Professional Experience

Ms. Aguirre joined the IPRF- Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc. (CCMSI) Lisle, Illinois team as a Medical Only Advocate in August of 2024, skillfully resolving Medical-Only Workers’ Compensation claims by establishing accurate reserves, investigating claims, managing payments, providing recommendations on issues as they arise throughout the life of the claim, and ensuring that CCMSI Best Practices her clients’ handling instructions are upheld. She relies on consistent and thorough communication, aided by her bilingual English-Spanish fluency, to manage claims efficiently and economically.

Before entering the claims industry, Ms. Aguirre worked as a Human Resources Assistant for USF Logistics, handled Accounts Payable for Rock-Tenn Company, and managed Medical Billing and Health Insurance Specialist referrals for Fox Valley Women & Children’s Health Partners.

Education and Professional Training

Ms. Aguirre earned a Phlebotomy Technician Certificate from Pima Medical Institute, a Medical Billing Coding Certificate from the PC Training Career Institute, and trained in organizing and managing accounts payable. She regularly attends professional development seminars to remain informed on industry issues, including new legislation, developments, and updated industry standards and procedures.
