Jeff Swanson

Jeff Swanson began his career as a Loss Control Representative providing services to the IPRF Members in 2010 through 2013.  He rejoined the Loss Control Team in 2016 and works as a Senior Loss Control/Risk Management Consultant.  His professional experience includes employment in the fire service and education industries where he has been a Fire Chief/Administrator and has taught firefighter academy classes through Chief Fire Officer Classes.  He holds 22 Office of the Illinois State Fire Marshal Certifications including the highest, Chief Fire Officer, as well as the EMT-B from the Illinois Department of Public Health.  He also has expertise in fire code and building code instruction.
