Brittany Baber

Brittany is a Claims Clerk, where she assists with processing and managing claims efficiently. With a strong foundation in customer service, attention to detail, and problem- solving, she brings a unique blend of experience to her role as a Claims Clerk. Brittany’s background includes sales experience, certification as a nursing assistant (CNA), and years of dedication as a stay-at-home mom, where she honed her ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to ever-changing challenges.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts majoring in Paralegal Studies and minoring in Sociology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She is passionate about continuous learning and professional growth, always seeking ways to enhance her skills and contribute more effectively to her team and the company.

Outside of work she loves spending time with her husband Jarret, 7-year-old son Jett and 5-year-old daughter Everly.
