The following attachment outlines the services provided by Nationwide Chaplain Services (NCS), a 501c3 non-profit, as part of your agreement at no charge. NCS a non-profit, is a separate organization from 10-41 Incorporated, an S-Corporation.

NCS Chaplain Services will include:

1. Ride-Alongs & Station Visits with officers as needed or requested (not to exceed 1 hour per officer)
2. Chaplain Care: death notifications & investigations, accident assistance, traffic control, clergy notification, Coroner liaison, funeral planning assistance, counseling as needed.
3. Officiate Ceremonies; funerals, weddings, invocations & benedictions, award ceremonies, dedications, and public/private memorials.
4. Pastoral Care Visits: hospitals, In-home visits, and hospice visits to injured officers and their families.

We seek to provide excellence in Chaplain Care so that our men and women of the IPRF will receive the finest in care for the benefit of their families, the community, and the department.
