Each year, ILCMA members are invited to attend two conferences to discuss current practices in local government and attend training sessions to develop managerial skills. The summer conference is a full program of educational seminars equal to the programming offered at the winter conference, but also encourages family participation.  The winter conference focuses primarily on the nuts and bolts of local government management.
